Work Essentials is expanding to give you more learning materials to improve your ability to find, get, and keep the job you want. Work Essentials now offers three courses:

• Job Seeking teaches you skills to find a job, including writing a resume and cover letter, succeeding at interviews, and avoiding job scams.
• Job Ready teaches you the top skills that employers look for when they’re hiring. You’ll learn skills including communication, professionalism, and initiative.
• Job Keeping teaches skills that will help you excel on the job, such as planning and organizing, solving problems, and working with others.

Also included are quick and easy surveys to help you identify the lessons that you need most. You’ll always be able to take any lesson you want.

If you’ve already taken some Work Essentials lessons or quizzes, your progress will be saved. You might need to retake some quizzes if the content has changed. You’ll earn badges for the quizzes you pass and a certificate for each course you pass.
