Student email address requirement

You might notice your students who only have a username are being asked to update their account by adding a valid email address.

Students who see this message will be allowed to login 6 times before they are required to enter an email address, but will still be able to use their username to login.

Why are we requiring students to enter an email address?

  1. It will make their account more secure.
  2. They will be able to reset their password if they forget it.
  3. They can use this email address to register for the official HSE tests. 
  4. You will be able to resend students their login details in their Student Profile.
