Known Issues
Essential Education is aware of an issue with screenreaders having trouble navigating the content embedded in pop-out windows (lessons and quizzes). We are currently working to improve compatibility with the latest versions of the NVDA and JAWS screenreaders.
Essential Education is also aware of an issue preventing students from earning badges and certificates in the Workforce Readiness courses. Our development team is currently investigating this issue. Badges and certificates will be awarded retroactively when this issue is resolved.
