Why does the login page say “That Email/Password was not found”?
If you are getting a message that says, “That Email/Password was not found,” try the following steps:
- Check that you have the correct spelling and punctuation for your email and password.
- Make sure you use the same email address you used to sign up for your account.
- Use a browser that supports the program, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge
- If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here.
