Study Time isn’t recording?

If you believe your Study Time has been recorded incorrectly, keep in mind it is recorded in the following ways:

  1. Study time records in a specific time zone no matter where you’re located. This means time might record at a different time or day according to the standard time zone. Your total time will still be recorded, it just might show up on a different day.
  2. Study time is only recorded for active studying. This means we don’t record time spent not taking lessons or quizzes.
  3. There is a maximum amount of time that can be recorded for each lesson. Check your learning plan before you start a lesson to see how long each lesson should take you.
  4. If you’re looking for past study time but don’t see it, change the view to “Month” or “All Time” to see study time prior to the current week.
