What can I do if my email address can’t be found during a password reset for my account?
If your email address can't be found when trying to reset your password, you may have registered with a different email or mistyped your email when you first signed up.
If are having this issue, try the following:
- Make sure that you are entering your email address correctly, especially if it contains repeated characters, numbers, or special characters. Also, double check your spelling, punctuation, and spacing.
- Check if you’ve received an email from Essential Education notifying you that your account information was changed.
