What can I do if my email address can’t be found during a password reset for my account?

If your email address can't be found when trying to reset your password, you may have registered with a different email or mistyped your email when you first signed up.

If are having this issue, try the following:

  1. Make sure that you are entering your email address correctly, especially if it contains repeated characters, numbers, or special characters. Also, double check your spelling, punctuation, and spacing.
  2. Check if you’ve received an email from Essential Education notifying you that your account information was changed.
