If you are having trouble with your login page loading, try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Make sure you're using a web browser that’s compatible with the program, such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
2. Clear the browser history, cookies, and cache to free up memory space.
3. Download any updates to the browser to ensure that you are using the latest version.
4. Check your internet download speed at speedtest.net. A download speed of 125 Mbps or higher will allow the program to run smoothly.
5. Apply any available software updates and restart your device.
